Burn The Fat, Feed The Muscle Review
Don’t Buy Burn The Fat Feed The Muscle Until You’ve Read This!
What Is “Burn The Fat, Feed The Muscle?”
“Burn The Fat, Feed The Muscle” is a downloadable, digital e-book written by author, Tom Venuto.
Tom has been weight-training since he was fourteen and has been competing in natural body-building since the age of twenty. He has won a number of titles, including the Natural Pennsylvania, NPC Natural Eastern Classic, Natural New Jersey and Natural New York States championships; as well as attaining second-place in both Mr. Natural USA and Mr Natural North American Contest.
Why Take The Time To Review It?
For this “Burn The Fat, Feed The Muscle” review, I’ve decided to buy, read and review “Burn The Fat, Feed The Muscle,” due to my own fat-loss and muscle-building exploits – and I’m glad I did. Its always difficult to find good information on the various products available on the Web – hopefully, this will give you enough information to make your buying decision.
I’m a normal guy with a busy life. Due to my schedule, I’ve always been looking for a way to compound my fat-loss efforts, without having to rely on yo-yo diets or temporary solutions. And being a guy, I like my food: healthy, but tasty…
For years I’ve never had trouble keeping a certain amount muscle, but I’ve never been able to lose that last stubborn bit of fat – except for when I attempted a short run of Bill Phillips’ “Body For Life” system. Even though I couldn’t keep to the schedule one-hundred percent, it did give me evidence that building muscle is the key to losing fat – and keeping it off.
What’s Inside “Burn The Fat, Feed The Muscle?”
After reading a couple of other books that helped my knowledge along (including the excellent “The Truth About Six-pack Abs” by Mike Geary), I stumbled across “Burn The Fat, Feed The Muscle” by Tom Venuto.
“Burn The Fat, Feed The Muscle” takes the concept of increasing your metabolism by building muscle and eating the right foods – and examines it in detail.
Where “The Truth About Six-pack Abs” teaches you what to do and how to do it, “Burn The Fat, Feed The Muscle” takes some of the same principles and teaches you the science and motivation behind it. It doesn’t read like an academic paper however; rather it reads like an intelligent conversation between you and Tom, where he describes why the methods he describes, work so well.
However, Tom Venuto goes a bit further and delves into the subjects of goal-setting and motivation – something that other fitness-related books are sorely missing; especially when it comes from someone who’s “been there, done that.”

Strengths and Weaknesses
“Burn The Fat, Feed The Muscle” goes into into a lot of detail; some of which can sometimes seem a little overwhelming – this can be seen as a strength for those who are looking to understand, but also a weakness for those who just simply want to know what to do and how to it.
The book also doesn’t make any hints at a “quick-fix” solution, like so many other fitness and especially diet books out there. Following the advice in “Burn The Fat, Feed The Muscle” will require some dedication, motivation and work.
Who Should Buy “Burn The Fat, Feed The Muscle”?
People who want to be in control of their own fitness and want to understand the processes that will allow them to set up their own programmes, will find a lot of useful information in this book.
Whether you want to lose fat, or just get ripped, “Burn The Fat, Feed The Muscle” comes highly recommended – just be warned, that its not for those who are looking for a quick-fix. In fact, Tom Goes out of his way to dispel the myth of quick-fixes – especially when it comes to the supplement industry (note: Tom does not completely discourage supplements, but exposes useless supplements).
Conclusion
“Burn The Fat, Feed The Muscle” is a welcome addition to my personal library of fitness-related books. It fills in the knowledge gap and explains the reasoning behind the methods the other books promote – in other words, lose fat by increasing your metabolism and gaining muscle; and also taking control of your diet, without having to give up everything you like.
It might not describe exactly what exercises to do, but it explains how many to do, when to stop and why they’re important.
If you’re fairly new to weight-training (or at least: new to planning your weight-training and using defined techniques), I would suggest you buy this book in conjunction with “The Truth About Six-Pack Abs” by Mike Leary).
However, if you already own that (or a similar book); or you already know how to do proper weight-lifting, but want to understand the details behind what you’re doing to fine-tune your work-out; I can highly recommend “Burn The Fat, Feed The Muscle” by Tom Venuto, in this “Burn The Fat, Feed The Muscle” review.
